The BERJAYA Journal of Services & Management is published bi-annually every January and July.
Contributors must agree to grant the Editorial Board the rights or license to the intellectual property in the paper submitted. The Editorial Board has the sole discretion to accept or reject the paper without assigning any reason whatsoever. The Editorial Board also reserves the right to have the paper reviewed by a third party and to edit it in any manner deemed fit.
Papers that fulfil all the requirements will be published without reverting to the main author. Papers requiring amendments will be sent back to the author/main author who will be required to make corrections before sending it back to the Editor within 10 working days.
An abstract, not exceeding 200 words in English summarising the scope and major findings contained in the paper must be included.The abstract should follow this order: (a) the title of the paper(not exceeding 25 words), (b) author’s full name and affiliation, (c) email addresses, (d) full postal address (with telephone and fax numbers), (e) abstract (containing research purpose/s, method/s, findings, and conclusion/implication/s of the study), and (f) three or four keywords (indicating the fields, subfields, and/or topic areas).
Papers done in collaborative effort must include the names and addresses of all the authors in full. The main author’s name should appear first. All the correspondences will be directed to the main author.
All papers submitted should be written in English (UK) of font type Times New Roman with a font size of 10, single-spacing and on B5 sized paper. The length of each paper should not exceed 20 pages or 5000 words inclusive of an abstract, introduction, literature review, methodology, results/findings, discussion, conclusion and implications, and references. This journal requires a full APA (American Psychological Association) referencing method. When reference is made to a paper in a journal, the title of the journal until the volume number will be in italics. Note that the title of the paper will neither be in italicsnor capitalised.There will be a space (about 2 cm or one tab) between the second and the subsequent rows.
